TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR USE OF DIGITAL IMAGES AND FILMS
Please read the below carefully. If you have any questions or require any clarification on the terms outlined, please contact info@michelhaddistudio.com immediately. Any usage of assets will be taken as an agreement to the following terms.
1. CLARIFICATION OF LANGUAGE
“Michel Haddi Studio Ltd” means the company Michel Haddi Studio Ltd and all subsidiaries and licensees of that company. Including, but not limited to, the photographer Michel Haddi, MHS Publishing Ltd, The Michel Haddi Collection Ltd.
“Image(s)/Film(s)” means all assets provided to you by Michel Haddi Studio Ltd, or by anyone acting on behalf of these companies or subsidiaries/licensees thereof.
2. USAGE
Image(s)/film(s) are to be used for agreed purpose only. Any further usage beyond agreed purpose will incur a fee.
By using these image(s)/film(s) you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Michel Haddi Studio Ltd, it’s employees, subsidiaries and any licensees from and against any loss, damage or expense incurred or suffered by or threatened against any of them by reason of your usage.
3. SHARING/SYNDICATION
There is no right to share or disseminate the files received nor is there any right to print, display or use images beyond their original purpose - whether for public or personal use.
Any further publishing, transmission or syndication of the image(s)/film(s) must be cleared with Michel Haddi Studio Ltd (contactable via info@michelhaddistudio.com). This includes use for promotional purposes and on social media sites.
All requests for usage of images, descriptions and biographical information from third party contacts must be directed on to Michel Haddi Studio Ltd (contactable via info@michelhaddistudio.com).
4. COPYRIGHT
Any electronic image(s)/film(s) supplied remain the exclusive property of Michel Haddi Studio Ltd and are protected under international copyright laws. Michel Haddi Studio retains the entire copyright of these image(s)/film(s) at all times throughout the world.
Michel Haddi Studio Ltd actively engages in the licensing and use of their images and films and takes the enforcement of this copyright seriously and will use all legal means available to protect their rights. All copyright claims will be in accordance with English law.
5. MANIPULATION/EDITING
Manipulation of the image(s)/film(s) is strictly prohibited without the permission of Michel Haddi Studio Ltd (contactable via info@michelhaddistudio.com). Editing of the image(s)/film(s) is allowed for technical purposes only.
6. CREDIT
Credits to accompany the image(s)/film(s) should be as specified in writing by Michel Haddi Studio Ltd. If no credits have been supplied or you have any enquiries or questions regarding crediting, please contact Michel Haddi Studio Ltd (contactable via info@michelhaddistudio.com) prior to any usage commencement.
If approval has been obtained for social media sharing of the image(s)/film(s) all posts must credit Michel Haddi Studio Ltd relevant social media as appropriate, along with all other agency credits as required:
7. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
We would like to put forward that no images by Mr Haddi, or The Michel Haddi Studio ltd have been created with artificial intelligence, all the images of Mr Haddi since 1975, and hopefully for the next 100 years, have and will have originated from a negative, a print, or a contact sheet (even if there is some digital retouching).
